By purchasing a placement on the Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) postcard campaign (the “Campaign”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service between yourself and Your AI Fairy / Holiday Spotlight Marketing (“Company”).
These terms outline what’s included, how the process works, and the responsibilities of both parties to ensure a smooth and successful mailing campaign.
2. Payment & Reservation
Full payment is required to reserve your placement. Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment confirms your participation and locks in your design and mailing position.
All sales are final once design work has begun or placement has been assigned.
3. Design & Approval
The Company will create a custom-designed advertisement for your placement based on the logo, images, and brand materials you provide.
You will receive a proof for review and approval before printing.
Approval must be given within 3 business days of receiving your proof. Failure to approve on time may delay or forfeit your placement without refund.
If no response is received by the design deadline, the most recent approved version (or the Company’s best judgment design) will be used for print.
4. Printing & Mailing
The postcards are professionally printed on 9”x12” glossy cardstock and mailed via the USPS Every Door Direct Mail program.
Estimated mailing quantities, delivery dates, and geographic coverage are approximate and may vary slightly based on USPS distribution.
Once cards are printed and mailed, the process is non-reversible.
5. Exclusivity
Only one business per category or niche will be featured per mailing.
The Company reserves the right to determine appropriate placement and avoid conflicting industries.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide all logos, photos, and brand materials in high resolution.
Review and approve artwork within the stated timeframe.
Ensure all information (phone numbers, addresses, offers, etc.) is accurate before final approval.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of design, printing, and mailing, no refunds will be issued after payment.
If cancellation occurs before design work begins, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund minus processing and reservation fees.
In the rare case the Campaign is canceled by the Company before printing, a full refund will be issued.
8. Liability
The Company is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect information provided by the Client, or USPS delivery variations.
Client assumes full responsibility for all content submitted for print.
Company liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific campaign placement.
9. Future Campaigns & Package Deals
Clients who purchase multi-month or annual packages lock in their rate for the agreed term.
Package rates must be paid in full or on an active subscription plan to maintain reserved placement in future mailings.

11. Marketing Rights & Use

This may include:

Featuring the Client’s business as part of a “Featured Local Business” post or campaign success story.
Including the Client’s ad or testimonial in printed or digital promotional materials.
All promotional use will be tasteful, professional, and in alignment with the Company’s branding standards. The Client may request removal of specific materials from active online promotion with written notice, which the Company will honor within 10 business days where reasonably possible.
